How long will it take to get my RecessKids Magazine?

Once we receive and process your payment/order, it will take between 3-4 weeks for you to receive the latest edition of RecessKids Magazine.

What countries do you send RecessKids Magazine to?

We ship RecessKids Magazine to everywhere in the world.

If you cannot find your country listed when placing the order, email Customer Care and we will gladly add it for you.

I want to pay by check, where should I send my check to?

I'm moving and need to change my address

Please contact our Customer Care team as early as possible with information on when you will be moving, and your new address so that RecessKids Magazine can be sent to your new address on time.

Please note, if we are not informed of your address change and an edition is sent to your old address, we cannot be held responsible if you are unable to retrieve that edition.

I want to send this as a gift to someone residing at another address

You are able to send RecessKids Magazine as a gift to someone residing at a different address. You may send this gift anonymously or with your name showing. You may also add a message that will be sent to the receiver for both anonymous and named gift subscriptions.

I provided RecessKids with the wrong address

If a wrong address is provided, please e-mail our Customer Care team immediately with the correct address so we may update our records.

I did not receive the latest edition in the mail

If you have not received your copy of RecessKids, please contact our Customer Care team so that we may resolve the issue for you.
